Your right of withdrawal (EU customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods. For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the period starts on the day you receive the final item.

To exercise this right, fill in the form below and press "Withdraw from contract". We will email you a confirmation of your withdrawal, including the date and time we received it, without delay.

You do not need to use this form. You can also withdraw by emailing us at hello@ondo.com or by using the model withdrawal form in our Refund Policy. Whatever you choose, your withdrawal is valid as long as you send it before the 14 day period ends.

What happens next

Once you withdraw, please send the goods back to us within 14 days via instructions given to you by our customer service team. We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of postage, whichever comes first. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
