What's the 'No Slip Guarantee'?
No Slip Guarantee - If our socks fall off while you're walking in your shoes, we'll give your money back. Contact us at hello@ondo.com Please note, socks slipping off due to sizing issues or normal wear and tear are not part of the guarantee.
What's your U.S. return policy?
Please report any order/product issues within 30 days of delivery. We take full responsibility for damaged/defective products. Beyond our 'No Slip Guarantee' for No Show Socks, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days from delivery. To process a return or exchange, you may use our online portal: https://ondo.loopreturns.com/#/ or reach out to us at hello@ondo.com. Due to sanitation requirements, products that have been tried on or had their tags removed are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Expedited or standard shipping costs paid when making the purchase are non-refundable. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse. Items that are opened, tried on or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
What's your return policy for International Orders?
We currently do not process returns for international orders. At this time, all international sales are final. However, free shipping thresholds and shipping prices are identical to those provided to U.S. customers.
I received the wrong product/my product came damaged!

What is the return policy for Final Sale promotions?
